Folk Festival & Green Expo
The 2020 Folk Festival & Green Expo took place virtually on September 9 - 12, 2020.
We hope you enjoyed CT Folk’s 28th CT Folk Fest and Green Expo, held this year in virtual mode. And we hope to be back in-person for our 29th CT Folk Fest. In the meantime, please check our website and social media pages for info on CT Folk’s current and future programming, streaming live on Facebook, and at times, on alternate platforms.
About the Festival & Expo
The Connecticut Folk Festival & Green Expo is typically a full-day celebration held each year in New Haven’s beautiful Edgerton Park on the Saturday following Labor Day. The event includes music from across the region, delicious food and unique vendors, as well as fun and interesting experiences for kids in the Green Kids Activities area.
The Festival/Expo is dedicated to creating an unforgettable festival experience with an emphasis on sustainability and earth-friendly practices — including a zero waste plan and water fill stations. We take great pride in producing the highest quality musical experiences and presenting innovative environmental resources, as well as sharing one of the most beautiful places in the city, Edgerton Park.
