CT Folk Fest & Green Expo is celebrating its 31st year on Saturday, Sept. 7th, 2024 and will highlight an incredible lineup of local and nationally touring artists, the largest Green Expo in CT including handmade artisans,  Green Kids Zone, Beer and Wine Garden, Food Trucks and MORE!! 


CT Folk seeks to educate, entertain, and inspire a diverse audience through music and conversation to create a socially responsible and environmentally sustainable community.

Dates: 
Saturday, September 7,  11am - 10pm  

Load-In: 7:30am

Load-Out begins at 6:30pm.

If you choose electricity, extended vendor hours until 10pm.

Location: 
Edgerton Park Conservancy
75 Cliff Street, New Haven 

Costs are as follows: 
Handmade Artisan: $145
Food Trucks: $265
Non-Profit Organization: $95
Commercial Vendor: $400

***FOOD TRUCKS MUST STAY OPEN FOR THE DURATION OF EVENT***

Please use this form to apply as a food truck, handmade artisan, non-profit or commercial vendor for CT Folk Fest & Green Expo.

 

Space for non-food vendors is 10x10. No generators allowed.


Tents, tables and chairs are NOT provided. All artisans MUST be handmade products.

Anyone serving or selling food products MUST meet special requirements by the New Haven Health Department.  All forms must be filled out no later than August 25. Please call NHHD at (203) 946-8174

**Proper disposal of oil and water from all food trucks is expected. A $500 fine and notification to NHHD in any case resulting otherwise**

By filling out the form below, you are letting us know you are interested and available. Please fill out this form completely. This is NOT a confirmation or guarantee of a booth space. Confirmation and Welcome Packets will be sent out within 2 weeks of receipt of application.

 

Once approved, participation fees MUST be received by due date on invoice or we will release your space. Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
